Cloud & platforms

Cloud a small team can actually run

A baseline, a pipeline, and something watching it. Written SOW. We are not here to sell you a 40-person DevOps org.

A cluster is not an operations practice.

You have seen the diagram with six managed services and a happy path. Then someone has to deploy on a Tuesday, read the bill, and know what to do when a job stalls at 11pm. That second part is the job.

Myrafy is a software company in Noida. We put a baseline under the product you already have - or the one we are building with you - and leave you able to run it.

What we put in a statement of work

Pick the ones that match how you actually run.

01Accounts, networks, the boring floor

A baseline

The cloud account, environments, and access that a product can sit on. Named in the SOW. Not a weekend of clicking in the console.

  • Environments you can explain
  • Access that matches who you trust
  • Written down, not tribal
02The path from commit to something running

A pipeline

CI and CD that a small team can follow. If releasing needs a hero, we did not finish.

  • Repeatable deploys
  • A way back if it goes badly
  • Secrets that are not in chat
03Not Kubernetes for the slide

Containers when they help

We containerize when it earns its keep. If a simpler host is enough for the slice, we say so.

  • The runtime the product needs
  • No platform for its own sake
  • You can still ship without us
04Logs, metrics, a page that means something

Something watching it

You should know it is down before a customer emails. Cost should be visible enough to argue with.

  • Alerts a human can act on
  • A cost view you can read
  • A runbook

The cloud provider is usually not the hard part.

This usually dies in snowflake servers, a release only one person can do, and a bill nobody reads.

01

Snowflakes

The box that only Ravi can touch.

  • Console-only changes
  • No two environments match
  • Fear of touching prod

Production was set up once, by hand, two years ago. We put it in code so the next change is not a prayer.

02

Releases

Shipping is a ceremony.

  • FTP and hope
  • No rollback
  • Staging that lies

If deploy needs a weekend and a war room, the product is slower than it should be. We make the boring path the real path.

03

Blind spots

You find out from Twitter.

  • Metrics nobody looks at
  • A surprise bill
  • No owner after hours

No logs you trust, no cost line you can explain, no one named when it breaks. That is operations, not a dashboard theme.

Two ways to start

Most teams pick one. You do not need a platform team of twenty first.

01If you are still clicking in the console

Get a baseline

Accounts, pipeline, and enough monitoring that the next release is not a hero story. Fixed-scope when the slice is clear.

  • Named environments
  • A deploy path
  • A runbook you can keep
02If the product is already live

Keep it running

A retainer for the work that continues: cost, incidents, the next environment. Same engineers. You still own the account.

  • A cadence
  • Still a written SOW
  • We do not hold the keys hostage

See what you have, make one path reliable, then hand it over.

Four steps. We will not sell you a coined platform.

  1. 01

    See it

Walk the real deploy path. Name who can change prod, where the bill goes, and what happens when it fails.

  2. 02

    Write it down

Infrastructure as code for the slice we agreed. Not a rewrite of every account on day one.

  3. 03

    Watch it

Logs, a useful alert, a cost line. Test a deploy and a rollback before we call it done.

  4. 04

    Hand it over

You can ship without us. If you want us to stay, that is a retainer, not a lock-in.

What we write into every SOW

  1. 01

    It is in code

If the only copy of production is a memory, we are not done. The slice we take lives in a repo you own.

  2. 02

    Releases are boring

A path from commit to running, and a way back. Ceremony is a smell.

  3. 03

You can see cost and failure

If nobody can explain the bill or the outage, it is not operated. We name both in the handoff.

You contract us. You keep the IP.

The commercial bit, without invented win rates. We will publish customer stories when we have permission.

  1. 01

    Written SOW

Inputs, owners, acceptance, and the fail path before we start. Fixed-scope when the slice is clear. Retainer when it will keep growing.

  2. 02

    Senior engineers on the work

The people who scoped it stay on delivery. 15+ years collective experience. You will not get a junior bench behind a slide.

  3. 03

    You own it

Code, docs, and runbooks transfer to you. We do not lock this in a product only we can run.

  4. 04

    Estimate in one business day

Typical reply from Noida the next working day. If the workflow is still fuzzy, discovery can be a paid slice.

What you receive at handover

01

Infrastructure you can change

Templates in your repo, not a private console session.

Handover checklist
  • 01Infrastructure you can change
  • 02A pipeline
  • 03Eyes on it
  • 04A runbook
Transferred to you
02

A pipeline

Commit to running, with a rollback you have actually tried.

03

Eyes on it

Monitoring and the alerts a human can act on.

04

A runbook

Who to call, what the bill looks like, and the IP. You own the account.

Examples of this work

Shapes, not named clients yet. If yours is close, we will write a proposal around your constraints.

Representative patternSaaS / platforms

A CI baseline a five-person team can run

Environments, a pipeline, and enough observability that Friday deploys stop being a dare.

  • IaC in your repo
  • Repeatable deploys
  • A cost view

Representative patternFinTech / platforms

Move without a weekend cutover

Observability first, then a phased path off a brittle host. Uptime and change risk both named in the SOW.

  • Phased migration
  • Watch it before you cut
  • Cost in the conversation
