What exactly is OrgPlaza?
OrgPlaza is a workplace OS. Your company gets its own address for employee engagement (feed, recognition, events), people ops (attendance, time, requests, policies, devices), and a directory. It is not payroll.
Is this cloud-hosted? Do we need to install anything?
Fully cloud-hosted. We run the platform and apply updates. Your team needs a browser and a work email. No servers to provision.
Can we use our own organization subdomain?
Yes. Choosing a subdomain is the first step. Acme becomes acme.orgplaza.com. That address is yours alone.
How does OrgPlaza fit with systems we already use?
OrgPlaza holds culture, requests, time, policies, devices, and org structure. Approved hours export to Excel with consistent codes, so finance can keep the tools they already use.
How is access controlled?
Role-based. Employees see their own record and shared culture. Managers see direct reports only. HR, IT, and Admin each have scoped access. No role sees data outside its scope.
What does setup look like?
Choose a subdomain, pick a theme, upload your logo, add employees and roles. Most organizations are running within a day.
